Her experience spans a multitude of construction types including high end single family homes, industrial plants, commercial tenant improvements, multifamily residential buildings & institutional facilities.

Vivian Moser– Project Manager

After starting her project management career in the restoration field, Vivian quickly moved on to managing large scale and complex renovations on the North Shore. A key player in keeping projects on track in a crazy building environment, she puts her impressive organizational skills to good use daily in tracking project deliverables, procurement, trades wrangling, schedule management and project data collection.

As a Squamish local, Vivian takes pride in being able to work close to her home on projects in the Sea to Sky. When she’s not working you can find her hiking, on a Pilates reformer, or working on new boulder problems at the gym.

MJ Lucke– Office Manager / Bookkeeping

MJ has over 20 years experience working in small business management and administration. Her skills are diverse – she loves to obsessively nerd out on numbers, keep the staff organized and laughing, and always strives for positive vendor/trades relationships.

She deals with bookkeeping, human resource operations, managing the office, and making sure there are always crackers here for when people get hangry. When she’s not working, you’ll find her playing in the woods or in the water with her two boys.

JD Disney– Project Coordinator

A Squamish resident since 2009, JD has gathered years of experience in multiple facets of the building industry in the Sea to Sky. Carpentry and installation experience on-site as well as a vast knowledge of building materials are the solid base that assist in the procurement of the 10,000 pieces that create a custom home.

His years of involvement in supply chain management and logistics in building supplies sales make him the go-to for ensuring materials meet the highest standards and deadlines. Biking, Skiing and family are what he lives for outside of work.

Frank– Human Resources / Bill Collection

Frank has over 4 years of experience in being a good boy. He excels at office stress management, scaring delivery people, tug of war and sleep.
